Meeting Aims

  1. Slide pack for member internal use – sign off/sign off with revisions
  2. Core messaging – reconfirm we’re happy to continue using this or agree revisions
  3. Update on actions we’ve each taken since the last meeting

Summary:

  • Members fed back on their communications actions from last meeting and it was noted that:
    • Sharing the news of the Development Bank of Wales using Perseus to deliver a loan, on socials and through newsletters, is generating good levels of interaction
    • Engaging with senior leadership teams within organisations is sparking further interest internally 
    • It was agreed that a monthly content update will be shared with members for circulation – the first one this week with an update on the Willow Review
    • The potential for a coordinated comms push at London Climate Action Week was discussed
  • A draft slide pack aimed at securing internal-buy in was reviewed and approved subject to feedback noted:
    • A matrix for the collation of individual organisations comms activities could be beneficial in working towards a common goal, and understanding the opportunities for collaboration 
    • Having a variety of content aimed at different understanding levels within the deck, to be tailored to individual organisations/case studies 
  • It was agreed that slides covering the following will be added:
    • how Perseus supports different initiatives
    • Simpler version of product slides 
    • a call to action to adapt for stakeholders
    • understanding different stakeholder perspectives as a value point
  • Talking points/narrative was reviewed and approved for continued use with revisions of:
    • How perseus supports different ecosystem initiatives 
    • Simplified/visual product grid content
    • Call to action slide
    • Adaptability for different types of stakeholders & their value points
