Where machine-assisted (e.g. ‘ai tools’) note-taking is utilised, this will always be stated in advance and opt-in, based on the following principles.

If used:
We take notes and/or minutes of meetings.
In addition to humans, we use ai notetakers to support this work.
Where possible, such recordings use real-time text-generated solutions.
If this is not possible, we may use audio recordings.
Video recording will be used only if explicitly needed (eg. webinar archive).
If you have a company policy that conflicts with this,
or do not feel comfortable with the approach, please let us know.
Options include:
- Not to make any record of the meeting content
- To make notes but not use any ai systems (ie. human-only)
- Use ai and humans to ensure completeness & accuracy (default)
We delete base records (e.g. audio recordings) used by third-party systems within 90 days of use.
We opt-out by default the enabling of any 3rd-party solution to use any content to train their own models.
