  1. Access is authorised to named Members of the Project Team that have been notified in writing (e.g. email) by your organisation to the IB1 team. All Members are covered by contractual confidentiality clauses in membership agreements.
  1. Members must not share any links to any working documents and/or use their contents outside of the authorised Project Team group and authorised members, as may be agreed from time to time.
  1. Content must not be copied to any other system outside or out-with the scope of a Project and its delivery unless required and approved in writing. Unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance, all copies of Materials must be deleted and removed from any non-IB1-approved system after completion and confirmed with IB1 that this has been completed.
  2. Materials are explicitly only to be used in the delivery of this Project and no other purpose unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  1. Project Team members must exercise a commercially reasonable duty of care when processing data, especially personal data and/or any data that is or may be company confidential. Members must comply with all policies and practices relating to data management that apply to your organisation and to IB1 including but not limited to GDPR. Any use of 3rd party solutions for data processing must be notified to IB1.

Failure to comply with these processes may constitute a breach of our Terms & Conditions.
