CTF Services
Core Trust Framework Services include:
- Directory of member organisations and catalogue of their trust framework data services
- Pilot, Sandbox and Production directories and registries
- Schemes
- Public catalogue of indexed data: https://opennetzero.org
The CTF is designed for cross-sector schemes.
It comprises basic principles and practices, as well as general legal terms and conditions that remove friction from joining individual Schemes, and align all members to a common baseline of service provision.
To join the CTF you must be an IB1 member and then opt-in to the CTF Terms & Conditions (using this form). If you have any questions or would like assistance, please contact partners@ib1.org.

Trust Frameworks are designed to be:
- Cohesive: Common rules across markets
- Interoperable: Common processes, frameworks, connections
- Legal: Common frameworks for data rights, liability, redress
- Controlled: Common, rights-based permission/consent management for access to data
- Universal: Open to the whole market
