Perseus – Governance

To go far together, Perseus employs a robust governance process through Steering, Advisory and Working Groups.

The Delivery Oversight Committee (DOC) comprises the Institute of Directors, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, UK Finance and the British Business Bank. The DOC meets prior to Steering Group meetings to assess the development details of the programme and acts as its formal monitoring function.
